Prosecco has a special place in my heart. It is really the simple things in life that bring pleasure and joy - heck let's just say *Bliss*.
Perhaps it is because it transforms me from midwest to the northern hills of Treviso, Italy in a light and lovely kind of way. Or, perhaps it is allure of the refreshing, yet stimulating Glera grape.
And, when you combine all things wonderful - Prosecco, Sundays, kale salad and the first 'warm' Spring day - it really doesn't get any better.
